Q. Why will I want service from The Dogfather for my pet?

A. We are a family business located in the heart of Jackson and we can fully understand and completely relate to your needs and concerns. Your pet will be more comfortable in his own home, as opposed to being in a kennel setting; if you are away, don't underestimate how consoling his familiar surroundings, such as sights, sounds, and smells, become to him!  The response from your pet to a professional is usually better than simply asking help from a neighbor or relative, who may be "put on the spot" by your request.  Most of our clients report that their pet is happy and has maintained a good appetite during our care. Our goal is to provide quality attention in your absence and to make your time away as worry-free as possible.

Q. What if I need The Dogfather unexpectedly?

A. As a client, you have the option of leaving your house key with us, on retainer. To date, ALL of our repeat customers have chosen to do this, since this arrangement eliminates the need for key pick-up and delivery, as well as extra fees.  Once we have your contract/key in place, our service is literally only a phone call away. This allows you to truly LIBERATE YOUR LIFESTYLE!

Q. What happens during our initial interview?

A. At your convenience, we will visit your home to meet with both you and your pet.  During our interview, we will answer your questions and address your concerns, while we become familiar with your pet.  Once you decide to accept our services, you will complete and sign a contract containing all of the pertinant information we require to deliver the very best care for your pet!
